Description:
Montana's only certified facilitator of Byron Katie's The Work, Anne Haug will hold a free presentation Monday, March 31 from 7 - 8:30 pm in the Bozeman Public Library's Large Community Room. The event is free and open to the public.
Featured on Oprah, and promoted by enlightenment guru, Eckhart Tolle, The Work is a cognitive therapy process that helps people identify, question and disarm the thoughts that cause anger, fear, depression and addiction.
The Work has helped people around the world, Haug says, everyone from those with PTSD to corporate businessmen.
In 2008, Haug's own world bottomed out when her daughter was diagnosed with depression. She discovered The Work through one of Byron Katie's books and decided to give it a try. It was so effective that she took the extensive training and became a certified facilitator.
"It got my life back on track," Haug says. "Now I'm passionate to share the process with anyone else who could benefit."
