Are you ready to lacto-ferment your summer harvest? Bring your friends and come learn the basics of lacto-fermenting and take home some ferments to get you started. We will use freshly harvested produce from Running Strike Farms to make
Beet Sauerkraut & Delicious Kimchi, and will teach you how to go home and get started making safe & delicious vegetable ferments in your own kitchen.
The best part is, It's A Party!

Class includes 2 quart jars of the ferments of your choice:
Beet Sauerkraut, or Kimchi (spicy or non), jars will be complete with reusable airlock fermentation lids..
*we will have airlock lids, & additional vegetable fixings available for sale as well, so you can go home and get fermenting!
