Yoga on the Deck

Description:
Yoga on the Deck is offered at 9:00am Mondays and Friday, running July 3 through September 7. Prepare for your day on the mountain with morning yoga on the deck of the Moonlight Lodge with local yoga instructor, Delilah Eakman. Delilah's Yoga on the Deck will address balance, breath, alignment, the core, flexibility in the hips and knees, upper body alignment and strength. These exercises will be done in a fun, creative and inclusive manner while enjoying the fresh mountain air.
Each session is $10.
