Description:
The Bridger Creek Boys return to Pine Creek Café on Saturday, July 4th at 7pm. This acoustic Bluegrass quartet is steeped in old-time bluegrass tradition with a good dose of modern “Newgrass”. The Band draws their material from the vast musical history compiled by the likes of Doc Watson, Bill Monroe, Dock Boggs, and David Grisman - mixing faithful covers with original numbers. Over the past three years, the boys have been bringing their music to audiences in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado. The band was a finalist in the 2007 Telluride New Band Competition, and hosted the first annual Bozeman Bluegrass Festival. These guys have a ton of experience and it shows in their constant solo improvisations. Their shows never fail to impress, nor do they fail to leave concertgoers dancing, so come down to the outdoor BBQ at Pine Creek and enjoy this band’s stomping tunes and driving beat.
