for a daytime pottery class to learn the basics? This winter check out
"Wheel Thrown and Handbult Pottery" for teens-adults. Students will
learn the fundamentals of the throwing on the potter's wheel and
handbuilding with clay. Students will learn to use our new slabroller
and the art of coilbuilding, carving and glazing depending on
individual interests. The seven-week class runs 12:30pm- 3:00pm and the
fee is $170 for Emerson members and $190 for non-members. The cost
includes all materials and firing of pottery. Participants will have
hands-on experiences with individualized instruction in a supportive
