Description:
33rd Annual MSU American Indian Council Pow Wow. Each session of the pow wow starts with the Grand Entry: hundreds of dancers, drummers, & tribal dignitaries from all the tribes in the region spiral. into the arena behind a color guard of Native veterans. Fri. & Sat. eve. Grand Entries are at 6:00 PM, & the Sat. aft. Grand Entry is at noon. There will be a traditional free chili feed Sat. between the afternoon & evening sessions. Throughout all sessions booths offering the crafts of traditional artists are open around the edge of the dance arena. All pow wow events are free & open to all.
