Your can improve your self-awareness and your communication with all the people in your life. Get hands-on practice learning the connection between feelings and needs and how to express them with more openness and honesty. <br />

You can develop a deeper sense of ease and trust when you are in conflict or having a challenge communicating. This class will introduce you to the Nonviolent Communication tools developed by Marshall Rosenberg and show you practical ways you can start communicating more effectively.<br />
