The Friends of the Library will host their Summer Used Book Sale July 18-20. Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. will be a preview sale for all Friends members; anyone can sign-up to be a member at the door. Saturday the sale will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the traditional $1-a-bag sale on Sunday from 10-2 p.m. Please come to buy some great quality books (fiction, children’s, and nonfiction), CDs, and videos. Remember all proceeds go to supporting the Library. New at this sale will be a small selection of quality, collectible, and rare books available for the general public to purchase. If you are interested in helping out at the next sale or as a regular volunteer, please contact the Friends President, John Gallagher at 586-8465 for more information. The used books come from our patrons, so please bring your used books and donate them before the sale to the Friends. Mark your calendars and see you at the sale!
