Description:
National and State Election Discussion at MSU on November 5
The MSU Leadership Institute will host a Presidential Election Discussion on November 5 at 12:00pm in Montana State University's Strand Union Building Ballroom A.
This will be an opportunity for students to inform themselves about the issues raised during this year's election season. It will also give the representatives of both parties a platform to promote their views and educate the students before Election Day. This event will take place on the Monday before elections, ensuring the discussion will be up-to-date and relevant. Students will have the opportunity to interact with a panel of local party representatives and state government officials, including Clint Field, Kathleen Williams and student representatives from both parties. The event will be moderated by the MSU Political Science Department Head, Dr. Linda Young. Refreshments and dessert will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
This event is free and open to all MSU students. Sponsored by the MSU Leadership Institute, for more information call (406) 994- 7275 or visit http://www.montana.edu/leadership/lunch.html or facebook.com/MSULeadershipInstitute or twitter @MSU_Leadership
