Through images and discussion, photographic artist Sandra Nykerk will share her philosophy on the process of creating images through intent, rather than simply taking pictures. She'll discuss the varied roles of photography in our image-saturated culture, considering the differences between document, witness, and fine art, among others. The Glass House Women's Photography group meets the last Monday of each month at F-11 Photo at 6:15 pm. The meetings are $5 (to cover the cost of treats) -- your first is free.
