Sacajawea Audubon Birding Trip

Description:
Join John Parker and the Sacajawea Audubon Society as they explore grassland, aspen meadow and forest edge habitat looking for early spring migrants such as Savannah Sparrows, Vesper Sparrows and Orange-crowned Warblers, among many others. Beginner birders are encouraged to participate. Come have a good time and learn something new!
The group will meet on Saturday, May 10th at 6:45 am in the front parking lot of the Museum of the Rockies. Carpools can be arranged at the meeting place. This trip is moderately strenuous, including about 3 miles of walking over the course of 4 to 5 hours. Please dress for the weather with good footwear.
