Home Energy Solutions for All is a series of free short lectures convenient to attend over your Friday lunch hour. Bring your lunch, spend an hour and learn about energy solutions.
Saving 10% or more of the energy used in your home is actually pretty easy and yields immediate dividends.
The first lecture is called "Energy Saving Tips for under $80". Other topics include lighting options, energy audits, efficient appliances, water heaters, insulation options, storm windows, and heating systems.
The lectures are led by experts who can provide technical information and practical advice. Each lecture will include a hand-out summarizing the topic and includes a list of resources for further research. There will be time for Q&A at each session. With this format, we will help you learn how to evaluate your house and prioritize your energy options.
WHEN: Every Friday at noon except holidays from 12:00 to 1:00. Actual lecture is from 12:10 to 12:50. Please see the attached flyer for dates and topics.
