Movie Night: The Human Experience
7:00 PM    Bozema Public Library

Description:
Winner of thirty film festival honors, this 2007 documentary by Grassroots Films explores some of the basic questions of life: Who are we? Why are we here? Do we really matter? Wikipiedia describes the film as centering on the story of Jeffrey Azize and his travels as he searches for answers to the question "What does it mean to be human?" The quest to answer that question takes he and his friends to the cold streets of New York; a hospital for abandoned children in Peru; and to a Ghana where they meet victims of AIDS and visit a leper colony. Ultimately, they find that the meaning of life is discovered in the experience. The film features commentary from spiritual, artistic, and medical experts and philosophers, including William B. Hurlbut M.D.; Rabbi Simon Jacobson; Dr. Alveda King; and Rev. Richard Neuhaus.

Join in for this FREE screening of "The Human Experience" at the Bozeman Public Library, Tuesday, January 8th from 7:15 to 9 PM. The next Bozeman BodyTalk movie night will be in February and will feature "Black Whole" with Nassim Haramein. In March, Movie Night will screen, "The Quantum Activist," with Professor Amit Goswami.
