Pocket Vinyl: One-man-piano-band and live on stage painter.

Pocket Vinyl is all about being uncomfortable. They’re all about the moments that change us. The moments that define our ethics and morals. The moments that people try to avoid. The moments when nothing makes sense. That is what Pocket Vinyl makes music and art about.

Since 2010, their performances are as follows: Eric Stevenson slams the piano and sings (about beautifully uncomfortable things) while Elizabeth Jancewicz creates a painting on stage, which is then auctioned off to the highest bidder on stage. They’ve released 5 albums, 3 EPs, a bunch of singles, and even a full length film documentary called “Drive. Play. Sleep.” which is an honest and raw portrayal at a small touring musician’s life on the road, and all that it entails. They’ve played over 700 shows/paintings, and have traveled more than 200,000 miles all around the USA. Long story short: they’ve done a lot of stuff in a relatively short amount of time.

And there’s no stopping them. With the new release of their new “non-sexy album about sex” called Uncomfortably Unsure, the Pocket Vinyl train keeps on rolling. Now is the best time to jump on.
